Terms of Use — Alex'n'Friends E-Shop

Please read these Terms of Use carefully before making a purchase on the Alex'n'Friends e-shop. By completing a purchase you agree to these terms in full.
1. Seller Information
The Alex'n'Friends e-shop is operated by CORALIA BETZOU, registered in Greece.

2. Products
All products sold through this e-shop are purely digital goods (downloadable files such as worksheets, activity packs, and educational materials). No physical goods are sold or shipped.
3. Ordering and Payment
3.1. To place an order you must provide a valid email address and, if you require a business invoice, your company billing details.
3.2. Payments are processed securely by Viva Payments S.A. (a licensed payment institution regulated in Greece and the EU). Alex'n'Friends does not store card details.
3.3. All prices are displayed in Euros (€) and include VAT.
3.4. An order is confirmed once payment has been successfully authorised and you receive a confirmation email.
4. Delivery
4.1. Because all products are digital, delivery is effected by email containing secure download link(s) sent to the address provided at checkout. There is no physical shipping.
4.2. Download links are valid for 72 hours from dispatch and allow a maximum of 5 downloads per link.
4.3. Alex'n'Friends makes reasonable efforts to dispatch confirmation emails promptly upon payment authorisation. Delivery is typically immediate but may take up to 30 minutes in exceptional circumstances.
5. Pricing and VAT
5.1. Consumers (receipts): All receipt transactions are subject to Greek VAT at the applicable rate. The VAT amount is shown at checkout before payment.
5.2. Greek business customers (invoice — AFM required): Invoices issued to Greek-registered businesses are subject to Greek VAT. A valid Greek Tax Identification Number (ΑΦΜ) must be provided.
5.3. Invoicing is available for Greek-registered businesses only (section 5.2). Formal business invoicing is not available for customers outside Greece.
6. Right of Withdrawal and Returns Policy
6.1. Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and Greek Law 2251/1994, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium where performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgement that they thereby lose the right of withdrawal (Art. 16(m) of the Directive).
6.2. By proceeding to payment you expressly consent to the immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledge that you waive your right of withdrawal once download links have been dispatched.
6.3. Consequently, no refunds or returns are accepted once download links have been sent.
6.4. If you experience a technical problem preventing download, please contact info@alexandfriends.gr. We will investigate and, where appropriate, re-issue your download link at no charge.
7. Intellectual Property
All content sold through this e-shop is protected by copyright. Purchased files are licensed for non-commercial use only. Redistribution, resale, or reproduction for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.
8. Limitation of Liability
Alex'n'Friends shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of purchased digital content beyond the amount paid for the relevant order.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Greek law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Greece.
10. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The version published at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase. Continued use of the e-shop following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
