Procedure
Round paper chicks are an easy, quick, and cheerful Easter craft, perfect for preschool kids and springtime activities all year round. Using simple shapes and bright colors, children create a playful and engaging craft that brings joy and creativity.
The triangular green grass and round chick shapes help children become familiar with basic geometric shapes, color recognition, and safe scissor use through hands-on play.
You can glue the chicks and grass onto any background color the children choose — pink and light blue are great options. Alternatively, children can cut white circular shapes, color them freely, and draw their own legs, adding a personal touch to their creations.
To give the chicks a 3D effect, make small cuts around the circular shapes and gently fold the edges outward. The same technique can be used for the grass to add texture and dimension.
A simple yet delightful craft that combines learning, creativity, and fun.
