Procedure
Looking for something very easy and fun to make for Easter? This is one of the simplest and cutest Easter crafts for young children!
It’s a wonderful opportunity for kids to practice their scissor skills, as all the shapes have very simple and clear outlines, perfect for little hands. Print the ready-made template and help your child join the ends of the rectangular strips to form two paper cylinders — one large and one small.
Next, glue the two cylinders together (the small one on top and the larger one at the bottom) and add the ears and feet. The dotted lines clearly show where the glue should be placed, helping children work more independently and confidently.
💡 Alternative idea:
Children can also use colored paper or cardstock in any colors they like and draw the eyes, nose, and mouth using markers, giving each creation its own unique personality.
This easy Easter craft supports creativity, fine motor development, and joyful hands-on learning — perfect for both home activities and preschool classrooms.
