What You'll Need

- Scissors
- Glue
- Cotton wool
- Markers or coloured pencils (optional)
Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1 — Print and prepare Print the ready-made colour template.
Step 2 — Cut Cut out the Father Christmas shape. Your little ones can help with the easier lines — great scissors practice!
Step 3 — Prepare the cotton wool Pull the cotton wool apart together with your little one into small fluffy balls — a wonderfully tactile and satisfying activity for little hands!
Step 4 — Glue the beard Apply glue around Father Christmas's face, on his cheeks and along the top of his hat, then press the cotton wool gently into place. The famous white beard is taking shape!
Step 5 — Decorate it! If you'd like to hang it on the Christmas tree, glue or stitch a simple piece of string or even a rubber band to the back.
